Context Analysis and Strategic Planning


Our approach predominantly begins with collecting data that when analysed will inform and shape the context of the situation, which appropriate interventions would then be projected to address.


Getting all the key people/stakeholders fully involved in the strategic planning journey of your Organisation / unit we help you as a non-biased entity by facilitating the processes to deliver an output that you all would own and commit to as the designers. We generally would facilitate / conduct a three-day workshop where you develop a strategic plan for effective implementation.

Team Cohesion Programmes / Team Building Programmes


We facilitate team building programs that include a mix of indoor and outdoor team building activities, team building games, and team building exercises. 


For your team to have a winning rhythm and way-of-doing-things in the workplace, promote and encourage members to understand and appreciate each other’s strengths and preferences – for necessary support from other team members.
